No, that would violate our terms and conditions
4. When will my strategy start trading?
As soon as you onboard and pay your management fees,everything else will follow suit >
5. If the strategy is not connected by the 1st week of the month can I still join?
No, our windows for accepting payment is systematic and is done at the beginning of every quarter(in a week), so if you dont get on-boarded within the first week of quarter, then you will have to wait for the next quarter
6. How do I know that my strategy is working?
Once you get onboarded, keep a close eye on your account and observe the system work
7. what do i need to know about your management fees
management fees can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually depending on your choice but also note that management fees must be paid regardless of the absolute
8. Can I withdraw funds from my account connected to the strategy?
No, not until its time for performance split
9. do you give a fixed ROI?
No, we only offer absolute returns
10. Where should I send the fee payments? What are your wallets?
Book a meeting with us and you will be sent the wallet address or details for payment
11. How do you collect performance fees?
Our Performance fees are collected on a monthly basis
12. do i need to transfer my money to XestAi for portfolio management?
No, we observe a non-custodial approach of portfolio management, meaning that we dont have access to your funds. we only perform trading activities on your trading account using our AI
13. What if I want to add funds to my account?
You would have to wait till the next quarter
14. What if i want Custom development of my trading system or strategy?
Go to Xest Labs tab and get onboarded
15. How can I change my current strategy?
if you already have an exisiting strategy running on your account, you cant switch again
16. Can I change from one strategy to another strategy?
once onboarded, No!
17. Can I have the three strategy on three accounts respectively?
yes! you can have multiple accounts with intention of using our individual strategies on them respectively
18. Why is my strategy earning less than the similar strategy of my friend?
our AI is so smart that it work on all account sizes ranging from $1000 to $10 Billion, so it focuses on minimizing risk especially on small accounts(like those below $500(testing accounts)) and if you are using our SAFEGUARD strategy, the returns is quite smaller than other strategies, it is also stable, less risky and consistent
19. What is your refund policy?
we dont refund once onboarded
20. Do i get to choose my own choice of maximum drawdown during onboarding process?
yes, that would also enable us know your risk appetite, investor type(conservative or aggressive)

We have our location and offices in South Africa and the UK
22. Does XestAi support customers from all countries?
XestAi is committed to regulatory compliance, adapting to changing guidance in this fast-paced industry. Please note that we currently do not support customers from Ontario (Canada),Belgium, and certain countries in the Middle East and North America, including Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan, Qatar, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and the USA.
